These are estimated transit times after your order has been filled. Our goal is to fill orders within 24 hours or less during regular business days.

30-Day Return Policy

Customer Service and Satisfaction is very important to us. We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Return Policy for all purchases. If not completely satisfied with your purchase, any item can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment or store  purchase for a replacement or refund of your full cost, (excluding shipping charges) please include invoice. Store bought purchases please return to the original store. Deer Defeat LLC, will not be liable for any damage, direct or associated with the use of our product; neither can we guarantee the success of plant growth. Refund or replacement of the product is our only obligation. All returns must have the invoice or original store receipt and the unused portion of the purchase. If these conditions are not met your request will not be honored.

If an error has been on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be responsibility of the Consumer. Please submit orders in writing whenever possible.
